Main responsibilities included organizing and leading nature programs, including day hikes, mountain bike rides and kayaking. Other responsibilities included dedicated customer service for campers of all ages, being a positive role model for the children, provide creativity, and enthusiasm throughout their stay.

Aid in seeding, soil preparation, planting, composting, field maintenance, harvesting, animal care, student outreach and volunteer coordination for 50 acre certified organic working farm with both vegetable and meat production

Assisted in event planning and management for Pennsylvania Chapter. Responsibilities included working with budgets, creating programs, signage and advertisements, strategize on increasing attendees, and research on similar events. Experienced software Jira, Excel, Salesforce, Eventbrite and Windows.

Design and organize outdoor trips, Hire, train and oversee trip leaders as well as communicate with members within the school administration, outfitters, and others necessary to organize and carry out successful trips

Managed a team of staff both in the office and in the field, built membership and fundraised for the nonprofit. Recruited and trained new canvassers to build a strong and efficient staff.  Required to have excellent people and communication skills, a high level of organization, strong work ethic and leadership ability.

Coordinated people necessary for the event (for example everyone from the speakers to the technical crew), as well as planning the logistics (for example obtaining an appropriate venue, equipment etc.); Hosted the event on stage
